Optimizing form conversion through a revised design

Intro

Lendyou is a loan connecting service that connects users with independent third-party lenders. This was a passion project to practice form design, thinking of ways to optimize form conversion through a better design. I was involved in this project alone.

The Solution

Implementing a multi-page form design, I restructured the user experience, enabling seamless navigation between steps and providing users with a clear overview of the remaining process. This approach alleviates the need for tedious scrolling, enhancing user engagement and simplifying the form completion journey.

The existing single-page format of the LendYou form poses challenges, potentially leading to friction in the lead generation process.

Redline Annotations

I annotated the current form design to keep track of design issues and potential design changes. The annotations are based on research and reasoning, explained in screen below.
